Hi ladies

Looking for some advice. My partner is showing covid symptoms (could be man flu but he’s never ill) and I’m totally panicking. I’m 6+2 and don’t know anyone with covid who is pregnant.

NHS says there is no proof of it affecting the baby but that’s no exactly promising. Does anyone know any pregnant ladies with covid?

I’m keeping my distance and locked myself in the bedroom 😂x

Hello, didn't want to read and run! I'm sorry to hear your other half
Is poorly! Fingers crossed it's not covid!

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and a care assistant working in a nursing home (also working until 36 weeks and there is a high risk where I'm working) and I have also had it 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I was 26 weeks pregnant. I was lucky as I had no symptoms at all, just a little more tired and groggey than the pregnancy norm.

I hope all works out for you! Xx

I had Covid-19 last month. Mild symptoms not pleasant but got through. The worse thing was fatigue. I got it from the hubby im sure he picked it up from gym. Plenty of fluids rest and paracetamol helped me get through i was having like 2 3 naps a day 🙄

I think you will be fine. My friend caught covid at 15 weeks. She felt rough but was actually ok. She still managed to WFH and look after two other kids Shock

Seriously I’d have been in bed dying for two weeks!
