When did you start to show with your second pregnancy?

Hi girls!

Iv finally just found out I'm pregnant again and over the moon!

Was wondering when you all started showing for those who had second pregnancies I feel like I'm starting to show pretty quickly considering by my last period I'm only 4 weeks has anyone else experienced this? X

I had really bad bloating straight away, at my 8 week appointment my midwife thought I was 6 months and had to check dates. The bloating never went it just gradually turned into baby. It was a pain trying to hide it although I blamed lockdown fat for a while

10 weeks I had to go into maternity jeans! Xx

Same here! Pot belly almost immediately, by 10 weeks I needed maternity trousers.

Immediately for me too! I'm 9 weeks really struggling with jeans, wore a pair of maternity jeans the other day just for a bit of comfort so think I'll be in them next week 🙈

I was 11 ish weeks but i put it down to twins rather than just the one this time, but it seems from others it would have likely been quite early.
I guess it depends on your body and how maybe the time between babies? As if it's been a while and you've lost the first weight and toned up etc I assume it could take a little longer maybe.

I’m 14 weeks with baby 2 and have already been in maternity jeans for 2-3 weeks. I’m so much bigger this time around, felt bloated right from the start. I look back at pics of my bump at 12-13 weeks from my first pregnancy and I’m barely showing although admittedly I was a lot skinnier when I got pregnant then whereas I started off bigger going into this one.

Loads of bloating then definite bump from about 11 weeks.

I'm 10 weeks along and been in maternity clothes since about 6/7 weeks! Not only bloated but anything tight across my tummy made me feel real nauseous!

I'm 15 weeks today and I've just started showing with my second. I'm not in maternity clothes just yet...but I'm living leggings, tights and smock dresses. Think I'm going to order some clothes online this weekend.

Around 18 weeks I’d say. Some evening bloating before that. Happy, as I was not looking forward to showing much earlier in second pregnancy. The shorter the time with a bump the better in my view
