This is so bleak it's making me laugh, so sorry!

My bumhole is sore - worse when going to the loo, even for a wee. It kind of stings. Apparently it looks slightly redder in the sore area, with little dots (not sure what colour). I have no itchiness, and no thrush anywhere else. Does anyone know what this might be?? Not sure if thrush or piles or fissure or something else? Don't want to treat for one thing if it's something else SadBlush

It's most likely piles which is common at this stage , in 39 weeks and I have them too , they will eventually go x

I had this to..i just chucked on a load of sudacream and hoped for the best hahaha Grin

Had this and it was haemorrhoids related. Some anusol for two days after shower and it went away. Good luck!

@Awkward1990 oh I had to laugh at this... reminds me to crying (with actual big tears) to my DH "my bumhole hurts".

If you've been straining lately, it's probably that. I definitely second the PP suggestion of Sudocrem! I tend to shower, and then slather it on before bed with a big old pair of knickers on. It usually feels 1000X better the next day!

Thanks all for suggestions! I'd really not thought about this being a problem I'd have in life lol. DH is also most likely sick of hearing about my bh as well ConfusedBlush

Will try suggestions - am I right in thinking then that with piles, pee splashes can even aggrevate it? That was the part I found unexpected..
