I got my BFP on oct 27 and according to the hospital when i phoned i was 4 weeks so im now 6 weeks today, i got a digital 1-2 that week and when i done another digital on thursday past it said 3+ so is there a chance im further along than 6 weeks?

The weeks on those tests aren’t accurate so don’t read too much into it. Your dates can move slightly when you have your scan, they work off your lmp until your scan.

I can't speak for the accuracy of those tests. But my dates were 3 weeks off (had an early scan after a bleed - turned out I was 9 weeks not 6). I have very irregular cycles and it turned out that what I had thought was a light period wasn't. However, if you have regular cycles and an obvious last menstrual period then the dates are likely to be largely correct.
