So I had red degeneration of fibroids in my last pregnancy and can remember the pain like it was yesterday (it was worse than labour. 😩) But I'm now 23+1 and having awful period like cramps and back ache. I think this is how it started last time but I can't actually remember the beginning as it has been eclipsed in my memory by the awfulness of the searing stabbing pain that followed.
I went to MAU who said it could be this but also could be a UTI. They are sending away my urine and have given me antibiotics.
Has anyone had any experiences with fibroids that seems similar?
Or likewise UTIs (can they feel like menstrual cramps?)
