I'm 36 weeks pregnant seeing the consultant on Tuesday to get the decision on a planned c section which would be done at 39 weeks I'm really scared and paranoid that I'm going to go into labour and have to give birth 😭 my mum keeps saying she thinks she's going to come early because of how big I am. Are due dates accurate?? Has anyone gone into labour before 39 weeks ??????

My c section was a dream, up and walking as soon as my spinal wore off, no pain unlike the woman in the bed across from me who had a traumatic theatre forceps delivery. She definitely wasn't bouncing around the ward doing laps like I was.

I was up and bouncing around after having DD2. No epidural and she was born vaginally. The complete opposite to DD1. I did have an epidural with her. I shuffled my way very slowly to the car after having her. DD2’s labour was very quick though.
