Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hello, I had some brown bleeding at 4 weeks too, less than what you have had though. It's pretty scary. I attended my EPU and had an examination and scan to check everything was ok. It was and i'm 14 weeks now. They said it's pretty common in early pregnancy but I would get it checked out just in case and to put your mind at rest. Hope all is ok.

Thank you :) do you just have to ring up the EPU and they will book you in? Can they see much of what is going on at 4 weeks?

I presume each hosp is different. Have you been given info about EPU? I had to be referred by my GP. They don't take walk ins. Could also have gone to A&E but that's only if you are bleeding profusely. Maybe call them and ask, they will usually give you some help over the phone. I was also told brown blood is old so better than red blood but still worrying!
Couldn't see much at 4 weeks, yolk sac and other sac but no baby at that point, i had to go back again at 7 weeks for another scan and could see a tiny baby blob.

How did you get on @AC1235 ?

Going to ring doctors Monday morning and see what they say! Had a tiny bit more first thing this morning but nothing since! Hoping it’s just old blood?

Have you had sex recently? When I was about 5/6 weeks pregnant I had sex and had some spotting but it just kinda removed the implantation bleeding - I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but best to get checked - congratulations Thanks
