Convinced my little one isn't moving as much as they have been who would you say is best person to call? Or should I not bother not sure if this is ok at this stage

About to do the orange juice trick to try and encourage movement

Is there a pregnancy assessment unit or maternity assessment unit at the hospital you’re due to give birth at? Or do you have any contact number for midwife/maternity? Call and explain and they’ll put you through to the right place?

Ring your midwives. It could just be that baby has moved into an awkward position that’s making you not feel as much (happened to me) remember some people don’t start feeling movements until 24 weeks and baby won’t establish a pattern until around 28 weeks BUT if you’re ever worried always ring the midwives, don’t put it off.
