Hey just messaging for some reassurance. I’m approx 6 weeks pregnant and feel absolutely terrible. I’m sick round 10 times a day, sometimes less but constantly feel nauseous. Even in the night I’m waking up to throw up. I have constant headaches, my chest and throat was In agony from all the heaving but has settled a little now. I’m soooooo tired and sleep for 11-12 hours most nights with naps in the day. I have had two days of sick at work. Went to the docs also have a UTI which I’m now on anti biotics for, and to add to all of this I also have a baby just about to turn 1. I’m really struggling and was wondering if anyone else has or is and what you did to take the edge and stress of.

I have no energy. Please help mummmaaaasss xx

Hi there sorry to hear about ur sickness. I felt really rough since being pregnant am currently 24 weeks now an been diagnosed with hypermisis. You should ask for some cyclizine and omprazole i found this takes the edge of also snack little and often and if your tired sleep when you can. Unfortunatley theres not alot to do other than meds and eating little and often. I found ginger nuts helped at the begining too! I hope all goes well in your pregnancy and that you find some soloutions soon. If your overly tired of dizzy tho get your iron levels checked they may be low and that in the long run isnt good x

I just posted a similar thread a couple of days ago. I got cyclizine from my GP yesterday. Too soon to tell if it has worked I think but I think I feel slightly less nauseous than yesterday. Worth chatting to the GP.
