So am confused and don't want to jump the gun. Myself and my partner are TTC for two years. I had what I taught was my peroid on the 24th oct. It lasted 3 days. It was red and heavy for the first day and then became lighter after that. I feel nauseous, veiny boobs, odd headaches and tried. Just wondering has anyone ever had what they taught was their peroid to later find out they were actually pregnant???? Any advice or experiences would really help.

My SIL had 'period' for first 4 months of her pregnancy. She didn't find out she was pregnant until 20 weeks. My nephew is turning 4 this December. So it can happen.

It could be implantation bleeding and the only way to find out is a test.

This happened to me so always test Even if I have a period! POAS addict though.

Sorry for prying but was your implantation bleeding just spotting or was it like a slightly heavy flow??

Sorry for late reply. I don't actually know - all I know it was only three days that I recorded in Ovia app that stood out and didn't notice if it was light or different I other ways. I'd only been trying 3 months so wasn't as aware of all the subtle changes.

Implantation bleeding can vary quite a bit but generally it is pink discharge, when wiping, for one or two bathroom occasions consecutively, 5-6 days after ovulation. I've been pregnant 7 times and only had implantation spotting in 3 of my pregnancies. Have you tested?

Hiya, thank you read up alot on it seems to vary alot from person to person. Haven't tested yet taught everything might subside..dont know if my body is trying to trick me and don't want the disappoint is I get a negative test. In the last two days I have had twinges in my lower stomach and predominant veins around my hips and lower stomach

Only way to know is to POAS, OP. If the October bleed was implantation you should get a strong positive.
