Hcg levels- is there hope?

Hi All! So I am 6 weeks pregnant today, I had a miscarriage in July. So last week at 22dpo the doctor decided to do hcg bloods due to my previous miscarriage. They came back at 2298 and then were repeated again at 24dpo and came back at 3574. So they haven't even doubled :-(
I got them repeated again today so have to wait for the results.

Has anyone experienced this before and had any good luck?
I'm so scared that this is another miscarriage. I have had zero symptoms other than fatigue.

Can they not scan you? At levels over 1500 and that you are 6 weeks, they should be able to see something on a scan

@Aprilbaby21 Yes I thought this also. I am going to ask the doctor this tomorrow!
