Hello all,
I'm 5 weeks + 5.
I'm thinking of joining slimming world to help minimise the weight gain and hopefully teach me some good habits!
I was already 3 stone over weight
before I got pregnant, and the thought of having to lose 5 stone after a baby terrifies me
....so I'm wondering if anyone has done or is doing slimming world during their pregnancy and how are you finding it? I know weight gain is inevitable, but I don't want to have tons to lose once baby is here
.
Appreciate any help/thoughts!
