12 weeks pregnant bright red light to medium bleed

I am 12 weeks pregnant with baby no. 2. I have not had my first 12 week dating scan as of yet, I did however book myself in to a private clinic and had an early scan where everything looked good, seen a flickering heartbeat and they said i was 8 to 9 weeks pregnant. Last week I wiped after the loo and had a dark brown mucas left on the tissue, it was gone after one wipe and no pain so I just carried on as normal. However, this evening I stood up and felt a bit wet and ran to the loo and wiped to find bright red blood and some on my pj's. Ive continued to bleed for the last hour about the same flow as a period mid flow. Im really worried, I have little to no pain bar the odd twinge cramp, ive had far worse during my period. I had zero bleeding at all with my last pregnancy. Havnt rang anyone as of yet probably pointless will just probably be told to wait till tomorrow but im so worried and scared its a miscariage anyone else had the same good or bad outcomes

It must be very stressful for you, but try to relax and i agree with previous poster that'd hot should get it checked.
I have had my first miscarriage when i had bleeding just before my 12 week scan. My second pregnancy I had 2 or 3 episodes of bleeding but luckily it went well. My last pregnancy I had bleeding almost from 2nd throughout to 6-7th month but the baby was perfectly fine. Fingers crossed for you hun., please get it checked n hope it's all well.

Yes thank you. Got worse last night however has nearly stopped. Appointment tomorrow with Early Pregnancy Unit fingers crossed!
