Hi everyone!
ThIs pregnancy is making me very paranoid, any advice or feedback welcome. So basically In may, i had spread pesticide powder across the living room corners and a corner in the hallway because of being raided by ants. It did a good job of getting rid of the ants but once I cleaned up the powder they started to come back. So I then put a tiny bit of powder back in each corner but I did not clean it up incase they came back. So since may till the powder has just been there. And only the other the day i got the thought about being pregnant and exposed to pesticides, I straight away cleaned it all up properly, but I am still very scared about any harm I could have caused the baby. I’ve had my 20 week scan and I’ve been told everything’s fine, but there’s still that fear that something could be wrong due to long term exposure.

I’m sure a bit of ant powder in the corner of your house is fine. I had my entire house treated for fleas whilst pregnant - twice! and everything is fine. As long as you’re not inhaling loads of it or ingesting it you should be okay.

Thank you for your response,.I keep getting the thought that I must have inhaled or ingested it unknowingly as I walked past the powder, because the powder might have got released in the air even if it's a small amount. Knowing everything turned out fine for you is a relieve. Wish I could stop being so paranoid Confused
