Any new moles or red spots in pregnancy

Hi all, I'm curious to know whether any body had any new moles or pink/red spots in pregnancy I'm sure when I carried my son I didnt have it, it is next to my nose but when i carried my daughter i had it and wondering whether it happens when I carry a certain sex? Any thoughts please xx

I got a new mole on my leg when pregnant with my son. It freaked me out a bit but GP said it does happen due to hormones. Not heard of it being related to the sex of the baby though, sorry

Thanks for getting back to me, I have looked at pictures and it didnt happen whe i carried my boys just my daughter so whether it's the female hormone or what but I havent got a clue x
