Don't think I inserted my thrush pessery properly

I have thrush and i used my fingers to insert the pessary but I don't think I inserted it properly Bec I can still feel it I was scared to push it far up Bec I don't want to irritate my cervix

Hi, it should be inserted as high as possible. Like a tampon you shouldn't be able to feel it. It's safe to use in pregnancy so shouldn't cause you any harm to push in a little further. The patient information leaflet with it should show pictures of how to use x

@maymay6575 usually best to insert them prior to bed because they kinda make their way down anyways! Can always poke it up a bit
