Hope you're ok OP.
Are you expecting? If so, how far along are you? First trimester is knackering, I read somewhere the energy used to grow a human is a similar amount used to climb a mountain- no wonder you're knackered!! Have you been checked for anaemia?
If not, have you felt like this for a while now? Have you spoken to your gp at all? Could be something like lack of b12 or something to do with your thyroid?

Either way, give the doc a call, please look after yourself, listen to your body- if you need to rest and sleep, then do it.

@Waitingforbabypage I'm 35 weeks today and my midwife told me that my iron levels dropped and she gave me tablets but I couldn't not take them as I would be sick for hours every time I took a tablet she said to just get my iron from food Instead but it's hard as I have little to no appetite

I was given iron tabs in last pregnancy from 20 weeks. I was knackered. But first pregnancy and thought that it was normal. Took them for weeks and they made no difference. Then found spatone and it worked wonders. It's apple flavoured liquid but I couldn't drink it neat, so would put it in apple or orange juice. It lifted the massive fatigue and I went back to being normal pregnancy knackered. It may be worth a try. Also I carry a big bottle (2L) of water/drink around the house with me so I don't have to keep fetching drinks.

@KinderWild yea I've heard of that people saying they took that instead but I didn't know where it was so you know where I can get it from x

I've seen it in Sainsbury's (a large-ish store) but you can get it from Amazon, Boots or Holland and Barrett too.
It also may be worth looking at vitamin d, you can get it in a spray which you might find easier than a tablet.
