Hey

So found out I'm pregnant over the weekend this will be my third baby!

We only tried for one month and got a positive already so I'm not very far gone due around 6th July we are happy about it tho!

It's just starting sinking in and I've never found out so early so not had to wait so long for a scan.

I know it sounds silly but I keep thinking maybe I'm not pregnant or what of something goes wrong I suffer with anxiety quite bad and I can already feel like I'm stressing anyone else feel like this? Just feel like the next 2 months are going to go really slow and my anxiety is going to get really bad 😐

Hi @Mylasmummy2102 I'm now 12+3 but found out around 4 weeks. I felt the same, 1st pregnancy for me and don't tend to suffer with anxiety but deff was having bouts when i was worried about what if something does wrong etc. I had some bleeding around 5 weeks which didn't help but then my GP said to me that there's nothing I can do to make any difference apart from look after myself and try not to worry as it won't help the baby. Last few weeks I have felt much better and hitting the 12 week mark has helped too. Hope everything goes ok with you. x

@DiabeticFirstBaby

Arw glad it was all okay for you tho bleed sounds scary! It just seems so far away in away I don't need to speak to a midwife till I'm 9 weeks so another 5 weeks and then the scan at 12! Thank you I think I'll be okay when I have a scan

Hope yours all goes well too xx

I have recently had a baby (8 weeks old), however, I remember feeling the same when I found out I was pregnant. I too suffer from anxiety and so the first trimester was a very anxious time. Shortly after I found out, I fell down the stairs and shortly after that I had a car accident. Both incidences were horrific but the baby was safe and I gave birth to a healthy girl. If ever you feel anxious, remember how strong a woman is for even having the ability to bear children. Your anxiety will not be eradicated but you must not let this interfere with the enjoyment of your pregnancy. Look after yourself and keep your mind busy. You'll be absolutely fine. Good luck xx

@AMI3108

Oh my goodness that sounds horrible I'm so glad your little girl was okay. Yeah I'm hoping the next couple months go quickly with Christmas plus I work with children full time and have 2 children so don't get much time to sit and think 🤣.
Thank you I've had to successful pregnancies and births no complications so maybe that's why I'm worrying as I've been lucky twice before maybe I won't be this time. If that makes sense xx
