Boy or girl? Any nub theory guesses?

We’ve just had our 12 weeks scan. After a loss in June was very nervous but everything was all ok.
I’ve attached the photo - does anyone who is better at nub theory than me have any guesses?

Girl I think, but I’m a newbie at the nub theory! I also had a loss in June and now awaiting first scan next week! Congratulations!
