Just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant, starting to feel very exhausted all I feel like doing is lying down 🥴 I can't though my almost 2 year old is very active I feel so bad! Is there anything I can do to help me feel better? My head feels so heavy 😫 thank you for any tips!

Plenty of water! Don't get up too fast and keep sugar levels good.

Small regular meals, plenty of water, be careful when getting up and try to rest when you can

Ginger biscuits. Regular meals even if just ends up being cereal bars and biscuits but try some fruit and veg if you can. It will pass. Congratulations!

Pregnancy vitamins with iron

You’ll get your blood tested at your booking appointment or first scan, and that will tell you your iron levels.

However if you’re super exhausted already, you can request a Blood test from GP sooner. Anaemia makes you utterly exhausted but is quickly resolved with some iron tablets

I was wondering about anaemia too. A trip to the GP would be my advice...

Eat. Plain crackers, biscuits etc. Carby, but little and often.
