Positive pregnancy test today! But strong cramps :(

The past few days I've been feeling really hot & weeing a lot, my periods aren't exactly regular but usually 26-29 day cycle, today was the last day it could come really. The past few days I've done pregnancy test everyday as I just had a feeling to do it and they were negative. On Tuesday afternoon I had a stitch like pain, then mild period pains. All day yesterday had period pains with a sort of inflamed feeling at the same time and nausea (I get with PMS too) that's gone now & today I've got the period cramps stronger again!
I've done a test today & it's positive 😨 I thought implantation cramps wasn't supposed to be for long? I've had no bleeding, it really feels like my period is about to come. Does anyone have any similar experience? Is it a chemical pregnancy? Thank you for reading x

I had such bad cramps at week 4/5 and some of 6! I even went to A&E when the cramps started as they were that painful and they told me I was pregnant! Everything has been normal so far and the cramps went x

I had horrendous debilitating cramps for the first 8 weeks which, having done labour with no pain relief (not by choice, but that’s another story!) i can confirm were worse than contractions, even at full dilation! They were like contractions but lasted for up to an hour. I was screaming and in tears, I went to a and e, they dismissed me and sent me home (again, another loving story) but I had an early scan and everything was fine. If this is your first pregnancy it could just simply be your uterus moving from where it normally is to get into pregnancy position, that’s what mine were.
Definitely ring your early pregnancy unit first to rule anything out though

I had cramps weeks 3.5-7. Now almost 9 weeks and they are gone. As far as I know, still pregnant!
