At 12 weeks I had a massive gushing bleed all over the floor of a shop. Cried in the toilet hysterically to my husband as I thought I’d miscarried. Got sent to hospital where I was scanned. But in the scan, miraculously my baby was still alive! I was told told that there was an area of bleeding, which though not normal is not uncommon. I was on bed rest for a few days (can’t remember exactly how long but less than a week) and the bleeding slowed then stopped. It’s frightening isn’t it?? But can have a good outcome as in my case. Good luck OP.
