Hi girls, basically since early hours this morning I noticed I was cramping I’m 12 weeks pregnant, and I’ve woke up this morning and they’re still there? Is that normal? It literally feels as if I'm having period cramps, no bleeding tho , thanks xx

Hi I had something similar, I called midwife and she said to relax, take a few paracetamol and call her back if it didn’t ease. It was the ligaments stretching.
Definitely call your MW and run it by them. All the best x

@LemonLemonLemon hiya thankyou for replying, yeah I spoke to my midwife and she said possible UTI but I haven’t got no stinging when going to the toilet so I don’t know! I’ve got my scan tomorrow at 1pm so fingers crossed. I’ve still got the pains now, do you think it’s normal to have cramps for over 24 hours? X
