So basically all day a small spot of my stomach has felt like a dull ache, when pressing down on it the only way i can explain the feeling is like pushing on a bruise. Ive now just noticed the stretch mark where the pain is looks red like its fresh and theres a few tiny spots like popped blood vessels.

Ive googled (obviously) and the only thing i can find is info about PEP but i wouldnt say its all that itchy so im abit confused to if it could be this?

Has anyone else experienced the same?

I’ve got it, although quite mildly thankfully. It’s more common in first pregnancies, with boys, and larger babies. Funnily enough this is my second pregnancy, she’s a girl, and is measuring smaller than my son!

It seems to be triggered by the skin stretching. I didn’t get any stretch marks with my first it this time I have a few and every time they’ve appeared, they’ve been accompanied by a sore, itchy rash.

If it’s not itchy, it might not be PEP?
