Nub theory gender guess

I'm hopeless can't see a nub at all. Can anyone else? And if you can any thoughts on what it could be? I have two pictures and for some reason baby is flipped on the other side - not sure why because it didn't flip in my tummy whilst we were there. Maybe the sonograpther took the photo from a different side of my tummy?
