Hi there,

So I've convinced myself I'm pregnant, got majority of the symptoms: extreme exhaustion, tender boobs, smells seem intense, certain foods taste weird, occasional nausea etc..

I had my period a few days ok, a tad shorter than usual but pretty gutted!

I've taken a few pregnancy tests and all are negative but my symptoms aren't going and I just feel pregnant!!

Can anyone relate?

A part of me thinks maybe it's psychological because I want to be pregnant:-(

Any advice or similar stories would be great!
Xx

I have experienced this in the past and for me it was psychological as it was when I wanted to be pregnant but we weren't ready to try for a baby.

@Coco1986
Symptoms like 'morning sickness' don't hit until around week 6 give or take, because the hcg levels won't be high enough beforehand.
I can relate to all your symptoms as being period symptoms too, or perhaps the start of a cold or bug. X

Every month when I was trying.

It's crazy how you can feel things when you want it to be true :(

I have gone through the exact same experience. It is a bit weird. you will get there, in the end, trust me

sorry it doesn't sound like you're pregnant. The body and mind can be cruel if you really want something :(

It’s so normal to symptom spot when trying! The month we got the BFP I felt absolutely nada symptoms. Was completely sure I couldn’t be pregnant as according to every single YouTube video you get a hundred different symptoms starting the day after ovulation. Even with hindsight I’m struggling to come up with symptoms I might have just ruled out...

Anyway the moral of the story is it’s better for your sanity to just wait till you period is due and try to put it out of your mind (impossible I know!!)
