Medical/clinical need for c section covered by Uk health insurance?

Can anyone help with this? I have had 2 C-sections in the last 26 months, and open surgery across my C-section wound for an incisional hernia. In my most recent pregnancy I suffered an anti-partum haemorrhage due to placental abruption. And I currently have a hernia in this pregnancy. I have health insurance through work Who cover Caesareans based on medical need, what does this mean? I’m under NHS consultant care currently and I am considered high risk and based on my history I will be having a planned Caesarian does anybody know what they would require health insurance wise? Confused!
