Nuchal + harmony at Fetal Medical Centre what to expect

Hello - I am 11w5 and have a nuchal scan and harmony test at the fetal medical centre later today. I have one son, and have had these tests on the NHS before but was more worried about miscarriage (had 3 previously) and didn't give any thought to the outcome of the nuchal/harmony etc. Hmm
But I am now 41 and convinced that the tests will show something. And I've been giving myself a hard time saying it'll be my own fault for leaving it so late.
My question is what should I expect from the scan tomorrow? How quickly do they give you the nuchal measurement, do you get the combined result on the day, how quickly will the harmony result come back?
Thanks in advance :)

Hi, from memory (am pretty tired), you get the nuchal and combined on the same day and then I think the harmony was within a week maybe three days? They are really lovely there and the Prof is utterly amazing. (He invented the nuchal test, discovered the connection). Definitely in good hands!

Yes you will get your results after about an hour. If you're deemed high risk you will be offered the harmony test.

Thanks both.
I presumed the prof would be too busy to do a routine scan, @Happydaysandhappysmiles. It's helpful to know that this is a possibility as he and my DH know each other professionally so I'll prepare myself!
