Im only tiny but im 10 weeks in and cant stop eating. It doesnt matter how much i eat its never enough!! I just went to get milk for a brew and i ate half a block of cheddar and half a jar of nutella! Its like when i start i just zone out and cant stop till its gone. i dont think i can trust myself to make a brew without binging. Its my first pregnancy im 23 is this normal?

@Sarahshore
It will get worse!!!!! As long as you're not being unhealthy every day - then just eat what you feel your body needs!

I was like this in my first pregnancy but I'm pregnant with my second now and its the opposite! I have to force myself to eat! Already lost a few kg...

I had a girl first time round, DH says this one must be a boy as so different!

I was like this in my first pregnancy and now I’m 9-10 weeks and exactly the same again. If I don’t eat every hour then I feel sick. It’ll wear off soon enough!

Sarahshore · 12/10/2020 14:53

@bettyfromduggee oh my god that sounds terrible! Im not every hour just whenever i open the fridge lol

You’re not alone! I’ll be 11 weeks on Wednesday and can’t stop eating. Anything dairy, bread, pasta. It’s like I’m never full?!

Bettyfromduggee · 12/10/2020 16:48

@Sarahshore haha to be fair I'm not eating that much each time I do eat. I'll have a packet of crisps and then an hour later a few crackers and then an hour later a biscuit etc. So it does add up as the day goes on! I'm trying not to worry about it and just doing whatever I can not to feel sick. I'm basically trying to stave off all day nausea!

I’m 9 weeks today and have to eat every few hours or else I feel hungover. Worried I’m gonna become huge but just giving my body what it needs!
