White spot on fetal liver in ultrasound

My wife had a 20 week ultrasound, the result of showed a white spot on baby liver around 6mm. We both are really worried. Has anyone came across such a issue. Please help us thank you

Was the issue raised by the sonographer or are you just going off what you could see?

Yes the issue was raised by sonographer and dr have also said it. They are not sure what the spot is of it could be chromosomes or calcium deposits or can be any other infections . They want to test it further by talking fluid surrounding babe but it has risk of leaking fluid which could be dangerous for babe . Risk factor is 200 in 1 . Thank you for you response

Two white spot in the liver of my baby have appeared, doc did torch test and report was normal so there is no any chance of virus but m really worried about this problem because in the subsequent month it has increased in size.
