Small spot of blood

Last night I went to the toilet for a wee. When I wiped I checked the paper (always do) n there was a tiny spec of blood, could hardly see it. So I wiped again n there was a small dot of blood (a bit bigger) so I wiped again and nothing. Could still feel baby moving around afterwards. Is this normal?

I'd phone for advice

Hi @Molly29x how many weeks are you? Some spotting can be normal. If you are under 8 weeks the EPU will just tell you to monitor unless it worsens

Hi, I’m 24 weeks tomorrow

Was this following a bowel movement? I have had this once literally as you said 2 spots of blood then nothing and everything with baby was fine

I'd call your midwife @Molly29x and ask her for advice or the EPU.
