Hi everyone

Can you recommend a book or website that's good for info on exercise and nutrition while prego?

Not interested in general guidelines....I'd love weekly guides or recipe ideas or exercise ideas....

Already mama of 2 and intend NOT to over-pack on the lbs like I did before 😑

For exercise I'm going to start RWL - Results with Bump. I've done other RWL programs before and like the style of them

I’ve used Results with Bump and found the workout really varied so I never get bored. I’m 32 week now and still doing a workout a day mixed in with some running.
