Eating a eritrean dish that has fenugreek is it safe ?

Heard that fenugreek is not safe as it causes preterm labour the dish I'm trying to eat is called Silsi

I'm sure the quatities in food aren't going to hurt. Issues would be if you were taking large amounts in a food supplement
