Sore veins in arm 10 weeks

The veins in my left arm/hand are really sore/tight. I feel like my arm feels very bruised. I keep feeling tightness/pins and needles. This only started today from 2:30pm. The veins are really visible and sticking out quite a bit.
Should I be worried?

Maybe worth mentioning that both of my sisters had DVT’s in pregnancy and had to take injections to help prevent them
