Starting Pelvic Floor exercises when pregnant?

Hi all, I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant and its been on my mind for a while now to start doing pelvic floor exercises more regularly as tbh I didn't really do them during my first pregnancy as I wasn't sure if I was doing it right!

I have a few questions:

Can you start the exercises during pregnancy?

What's the best way to do them? I've seen loads of different numbers of sets, etc online and its a bit confusing.

How long before you notice a difference?

Any advice welcome. Thanks.

Do them whenever you boil a kettle or stop at traffic lights. Start now be you 10 or 100.

Thank you. I know they are so important to do and want to make a better go of it this time around.

Midwife recommended the Squeezy app - Good as it keeps reminding you to do them!

Look up helenkeeblephysio on insta. She is a pelvic physio and has posts on how to do them properly.
