Got over a cold but still has this cough !!

I had a cold with normal symptoms but I still have this lingering cough I use to cough up yellow phlegm but now it's clear so that's good my doctor gave me antibiotics incase of a chest infection but I didn't have any chest infection symptoms but I guess he just gave incase anyway how do I get rid of this cough I have asthma and I'm 25weeks pregnant I feel like I'm hurting the baby by coughing all the time x

Do you need to increase your asthma meds? Coughs can linger for weeks unfortunately. Honey and lemon drinks, suck boiled sweets to keep your throat lubricated?

It won't harm the baby. I had whooping cough at 6 months pg - baby was fine. Coughing was very uncomfortable though!
