6wk scan hb but now passing clots

I had IVF and i am using vaginal gel for progesterone.
I had yesterday scan at early pregnancy unit because i was bleeding/spotting. It was brown and dark red. Scan was good showing 6 weeks and heartbeat 130. Today i started bleeding very heavy. Gush of bloods with large clots. Passing clots a few times in an hour. It looks like a tap is open with the amount of blood its coming out. Did anyone had any experience.

Ring midwives back, that’s an awful lot of blood

Call the hospital immediately. I also had a lot of bleeding, saw a heartbeat on a scan at 6+4 and then started passing clots and more heavy bleeding and I miscarried.

Call 111 and speak to them. They will have a doctor call you back and say whether you need to come down or not

Ok I speak to them. Its very heartbreaking seeing heartbeat yesterday and then loosing the little miracle...

Hey, i went today to EPU and they found empty sac .. so sad as seeing heartbeat on Friday was giving some hope. I asked then how it comes the sac is still there but no fetus, they said there is no explanation it happens sometimes. So weird.
