Dermoid cyst and 'possible bleed' 12 week scan?

*Hi ladies
I had my 12 week scan today and just like at my early 8 week one they said there’s a area above The sac where baby is that is a bleed ? She said it may dissolve itself but will check at the anomaly scan. Anybody had this before ? Also I have a cyst on my ovary which ha*sn't disappeared and isn’t a corpus leutum(sp?) cyst .. she said it might be a Dermoid cyst but will keep an eye on it ... I kept asking ‘ is it anything to worry about ‘ but the sonographer just said ‘not sure I’m sure it’s nothing we will just keep an eye’ but I’m
Worrying regardless !! Will
It affect the baby / pregnancy ?

Your question of will it affect the baby is more medical and maybe you should ask your midwife or go GP to explain what they are?

I’m not sure about the bleed but I had a dermoid cyst all through my pregnancy which measured about 8cm. It caused me no issues at all but obviously everyone will be different.

I had to have a csection in the end as baby was breach and measuring small and they just took the cyst away during the section.
