Hello,

Looking for a bit of advice - I’m already have an F sized bust, just wondering how big they will actually get throughout pregnancy (I’m scared they are already HUGE) And what bras would you recommend?

Thank you!

I’ve been living in these for round the house

Not sure what stage of pregnancy you’re at but I’m in my third trimester and only just bought a couple of new proper bras because I didn’t want to waste my money.

My cup size is a little bigger. During my previous pregnancy they didn’t grow much at all. I increased my back size by one size up and that was it. They were huge in the week after birth but settled down (breastfed for over a year). Exactly the same original size afterwards. I’m 15 weeks and no growth yet this time.

I was an 36F, currently a 38G/GG at 40+3 weeks 🙈 I’ve mainly been wearing comfy sports/crop top style bras and some wireless bras from m&s..... really not looking forward to seeing how much bigger they get with breast feeding! Hopefully band size will go down... just my cup size I’m expecting to blow up 😂

I went up to a J cup whilst pregnant. It was horrific. There was only one bra available from John Lewis. I forget the brand but it was really old fashioned. I’m still a blooming HH (until I can afford a reduction!!)

Spudina · 30/09/2020 21:53

I’ve googled it. It was a Royce bra. Very supportive but not sexy!!

Mapless · 30/09/2020 21:57

I went from 32FF to 32J. Bravissimo are wonderful. Then went down to a 32H/34G and have stayed at that. Might get smaller if I lost more weight. I wore the Royce feeding bra.

MaverickDanger · 30/09/2020 22:25

I’ve gone from a 32G to a 36HH and not even 30 weeks.

All of the XXL non wired bras have been sent back because they just don’t fit. I’ve got a wired nursing bra coming from Figleaves to try but potentially won’t last that long, and not cheap at £32.

I just want a non wired nursing bra that is big enough!

Superscientist · 30/09/2020 22:46

I went from a 28E/30DD to a 32F in pregnancy and have settled as a 30F post pregnancy (I'm breastfeeding

I used the m&s DD+ bralets from 16 weeks to 30ish weeks. Bra extenders on some old bras for a few weeks and then a soft nursing bras from asda that came in s/m/l which I now use as sleeping bras. They also saw me through the early days of breastfeeding before my milk supply settled down.

I’m 34G and my boob cups haven’t got bigger but I think my back has spread..

Lastbustowhitehawk · 01/10/2020 08:19

I found Bravissimo great for wired bras in my first two trimesters - pricy but worth it if you can. For the last trimester and breastfeeding someone on here recommended Molke to me - they are like supportive crop tops but suitable for big sizes. Again, not the cheapest but I found them really comfortable and durable. They are also stretchy so it doesn't matter if your size changes a bit. Good luck!

So so helpful thank you so much. I’m only at the early stage at the moment but need recommendations like this!! Thank you so much!
