Heard nutmeg is not safe in pregnancy how true is this ?

Hey ladies I was making this traditional West Indian (Jamaican) breakfast its a porridge that requires nutmeg I've had it many times before and never knew that nutmeg was a issue until I decided just to search it up and it says that it's not good to consume in pregnancy I'm 24weeks

I think I put maybe 2 baby spoons of it but because I have the nutmeg that you have to gratter I'm not sure if I put more than suppose to

Nutmeg is fine in quantities used in cooking. Where did you read it was bad

It's on google I never saw it on the nhs website so i felt a bit better
