Everyone in my house has a cold or sore throat !

Because winter is coming up everyone in my house hold has a cold and now my little brother that unfortunately I have to share a room with has maybe tonsillitis I am waiting for my accommodation but it's taking a while so I can't even hide away I'm just so stressed out especially with this covid thing I know they don't have covid but just being unwell and being pregnant scares me

Have you had your flu vaccine yet? If not I'd recommend getting it. There's a small risk of complications from flu in pregnancy (especially later pregnancy) and the vaccine will dramatically reduce that risk.

If they mostly have colds, which is more likely, don't worry; a cold in pregnancy won't negatively affect your baby. It would just be unpleasant for you! It would still be good to get the flu jab in case.
