canesten hydrocortisone cream in pregnancy any one used it ?

Hey ladies I've been proscribed this cream Because my skin is having some irritations has anyone used this in pregnancy I am 24weeks and on the nhs is says it's not really recommend which scared me a bit

Not sure if it’s the exact same one, but I was prescribed a high strength steroid cream at around 18/19 weeks pregnant for eczema.
I was cautious too, so just used it sparingly when I really needed it! Thankfully it cleared it up!
