I had cervical erosion in my first pregnancy. I bled small amounts all the way through. It was never a risk to the pregnancy but I had to give birth in the obstetrics unit rather than my plan of a midwife unit. This was because I was admitted to hospital when I lost my mucus plug as it triggered a bigger bleed - but the bleed was still just from the cervix. The bleeding didn't go away after I gave birth. When my daughter was two I had a procedure to chemically burn the affected bits off (not as bad as it sounds!) and it's been fine since. My daughter is five now and I'm 9 weeks pregnant, I had spotting very early on but nothing since which is great but I do think the hormones and cervical changes might bring it back.

Nothing helpful to add but I'm in the same position. 19w now and had a big red bleed at 14w then brown since and often. It's still worrying me but seems it is normal. I can't wait for my next scan to reassure me though. 2 previous pregnancies and never had this happen with those. Hopefully we can get through this with no problems for baby much as it's unnerving!
