@Sakura54 you can definitely see the bump to the side, proper wriggly buba now!

I've got my scan next Tuesday, and I'm just starting to get a bit nervous. Glad it's at 9.15, so I don't have to worry about it all day long. Just have to drop my son off and go straight in. Just worried as they've said my OH definitely can't come even after last time. Which is so unfair.
Sickness seems to have faded to just nausea today, so hoping as I'm 12 weeks tomorrow, it's just because I'm heading out of the 1st trimester.

@Workingmama1 so happy everything was well at your scan and you get to see your little plum again later this week 🥰

@RosieJess91 Eeek the scan is coming round quickly now! I’m sure the nausea fading is just you entering the second trimester, hopefully you’ll get some rest from it now! 🤞🏼

Found it so hard to take a bump pic - some made it look tiny, some made it look huge - but here we go, this is about right. 15+2 today. I do feel like it’s shrunk over the last two days though!

@RosieJess91 I've got my scan next week too and feeling very nervous even though I only had private scan last week. I've also noticed symptoms easing off but hoping this is just things settling down for 2nd trimester - I am also 12 weeks tomorrow going by what they said last week.

@Skyblue20 ah that's a lovely neat little bump!

I'm definitely at the point where I don't have a proper bump and just look really fat. I wore a clingy but drapey dress to the office last week and felt so self-conscious every time I walked past anyone, definitely going for oversized tops and jeggings from now on!! My husband reckons I do have a little bump showing but I think its 90% gas!

I went and got the KFC! Could only eat half of it and not great nutritional value but at least I've eaten something...

Sorry i can't remember who mentioned headaches but I developed an awful headache last night (almost like a migraine) and went to bed early. Every time I started to drift off I woke up thinking I was going to be sick. Woke up this morning feeling exactly the same 🤢 Think it is gone now🤞

@Workingmama1 I had a cheeky McDs after my scan today i feel like it's all about balance right 😂

I had a cheeky private scan today at 15weeks and sonographer asked if I wanted to know the gender 🤗 was so happy to officially meet my little boy 💙 I'm starting to believe this may actually be happening x

@SkyBlue20 yes was back to school today. Did the full on ppe thing lol.

Had my midwife booking app tonight on the phone. Going in for bloods etc Thursday morning. Tummy feels firmer today. Will add bump pic. Trying to decide whether to have those week 12 scan tests for downs? Any thoughts, what did you do?

Also I’m due 22.04.21 atm (before daring scan)

@Pugprincess I had the screening tests at my 12week scan, I like having all the info but it's completely down to personal choice if you'd rather not know. Also I totally thought you was naked in that bump pic when I first glanced 😂

I feel so new to all these baby stuff these days! It's only been 5 years since my son. And I had never even heard about private scans lol, and these new items like sleepyheads and next to me's! 🤣

@Pugprincess Lovely bump! We got the screening tests, not too sure what we’d have done were there something wrong but we just wanted to be armed with all of the info. It’s such a personal decision, worth a good conversation with your partner I think, a lot of ‘what ifs’ to think about. Your due date is just before my birthday, could share a day with your little one!

Thanks guys 🙂 I’m really wavering, I’m certain I wouldn’t want the needle or an abortion, my beliefs are if the baby is meant to be it will be. I worry that I will analyse and worry over the numbers or if classes as high risk and then I’m feeling like I wouldn’t take it further so I would be waiting for the 20 week scan. But then it could be low risk and make me feel better. To me low risk is still a risk though so I’ll always worry. Urghhhhh 😩😩😩😩😩😩

@Pugprincess I didn't have the test I knew I wouldn't act on the results and go to the next stage. In my last pregnancy my midwife said if your not going to act in them do you want the extra worry if you come back high risk. I suppose it's each to there own and some people want to know either way.

I think I’m with you on this @Dipsy77 thank you for your insight. Hubby is saying don’t bother too. As like you I won’t act on the results anyway xx
