Ways to announce pregnancy to family

I am looking for ideas to announce our pregnancy to our close family, probably around the end of October.

I was thinking about getting a T-shirt for our 4 year old son similar to the ones attached as pictures. Then I would like to take him trick or treating to our close family's houses with him T-shirt on and wait until they notice his top.

It's not something we want to announce to work or to social media for a little while.

Did you do anything exciting or have any ideas?

I do a 1second a day video thing, been doing it since my son was born. We have popped a few pics in, the day we got a positive test, a couple of scans, it's subtle so we aren't sure they will catch it but we've been priming the toddler to do it for us if needs be 😆

Awww the tops are a good idea 😍😍😍 i was thinking of announcing mine at Christmas, by just wrapping up a framed picture of the scan with some either pink or blue confetti because planning on a early gender scan just before Christmas! But I dont no if I can hold off that long 🤭
