Upset tummy - sign of labour?

Hi all, I'm mid week 37 and has been feeling like I've got an upset tummy for a couple of days. Do you think this could be a sign that the labour will start soon or can this last for weeks?

Could be, or you could have an upset stomach...

I had 'food poisoning' at 31 weeks and delivered two days later.

There really is no way of knowing until it ramps up. Good luck!

I had a terrible upset tummy the day before labour.

Yep, it was for me! Woke up in the middle of the night with an upset tummy. First contraction hit on my way back to bed! Good luck!

I had an upset stomach for 48 hours at 38 weeks. Baby arrived 10 days later via section, so it could be labour or could just be an upset stomach!

Was for me!!

Off work on the Friday with a bad stomach.

Baby arrived 2 weeks early on Sunday morning. (Plug went early Saturday morning and I had mild contractions all of Saturday)

I do have a bit more mucus as well 🤔 might pick up our birthing pool a couple of days early just in case! Planning a home birth

I had an upset tummy but my waters had already gone and I''d started with mild contractions at that point.
