Hi!

My sister has just had a 12 week scan and all is well after a few tough years of trying for a baby. I don’t feel comfortable buying anything for the baby but would like to treat her to a few nice bits for herself! She has hyperemesis, and my usual method of treat is afternoon tea/beauty treatments - both she is not currently well enough for! Any ideas of what to put in to try to cheer her up would be much appreciated, thank you 😊

Her favourite snacks , a water bottle ( like a hydro flask type one ), a bath bomb, a face mask , body butter , a hot water bottle , a relaxing pillow spray, a book or magazine, a silk pillow case ...!!!

Those are the things I loved and used throughout my pregnancy.

She might be off stuff that smells too strongly too.
I'd say a bath pillow and some nice jammies? Some sooky sweets could be good, you get ones that are supposed to help morning sickness xx

Some nice pjs or lounge wear, magazine or book, maybe a craft kit if she'd be interested. I'd normally say nice toiletries but she might be triggered by smells or some sweets/cordial but again depends on what she can stomach.
