So it's not the best plan that we all want, however, they are now leaving it down to each individual trust to decide if the mother can have someone with her for more than just birth and 20 week scan.
They have completely opened it up so that each area can decide depending on their own cases and numbers.

About time! Not amazing but a lot better than what's been in place the last 6 months!

I saw that! I'm really hoping it means that i could have my doula with me for birth and I wont be on my own if the midwives deem me not in established enough labour to have a birth partner. the rules are currently incredibly unfair.
