Would I be able to get something at the pharmacy or would I need to see GP?

I think it's quite usual to have a bit more strong smelling discharge during pregnancy... BV discharge usually has a distinctive fishy smell and is very watery.
There is something very effective and completely safe during pregnancy that you can buy off the shelf in Superdrug (and probably boots) - it's called Balance Activ lactic acid gel.
If you're really worried then perhaps getting tested through the GP is worthwhile

You should call the gp/ midwife and get tested as soon as possible. BV can be treated effectively only with antibiotics which requires prescription.
