I’m six week pregnant and am a total mess. This is a much wanted second baby and I don’t remember feeling this way at all with my first. Tbh it was all a breeze. Followed by a horrendous birth and postnatal depression. I’m much more realistic this time which is positive but my god my mood is up and down like a yo-yo. I cried tonight because of how badly I snapped at my 3 y/o. Just panicking that it’s only going to get worst given I’m so early! Anyone else?

I literally cried my way through my first trimester! It died down in my second and I'm now 36+5 and back to crying all the time! Hormones are a bitch! 😆😆

Apparently this can improve a lot as the placenta develops, so hopefully things will improve rather than get worse.

Mine's an IVF pregnancy and after I started reducing my progesterone support at 8 weeks I started to feel much better.

Easier said than done, but try to be patient and gentle with yourself.
